Summer is almost here!

Colors are starting to show on many of our trees and shrubs.  Our waterfalls and fountains are running, spraying, and bubbling. Before we know it, we will see families having a picnic in the park, with the always happy sound of children (and some adults) enjoying our playground.  Spirited tennis matches and lively basketball games are just around the corner on our courts.  Foxwood is welcoming spring.

As usual, there is a lot of activity going on at Foxwood.  With the relatively mild winter (hopefully behind us) home builders have been able to work through the winter months. Currently there are 29 homes either completely finished, or in most cases, well along the way to finished. 

Last fall another link to our trail system was completed between Foxglenn and Cedarwood Villages. This portion winds along the recently completed stream and pond system.  It makes for a beautiful stroll along the streams and among the beautiful pine and fir trees.

We have just taken delivery of multiple outdoor patio sets that has been placed outside of the Grand Pavilion. Our property owners can now enjoy themselves in a relaxing setting overlooking our playground and park.
